   The inclusion of all important IT employees and operators in a single control room

Step 1: Current status/requirements analysis
We determine, jointly with you, the current status and your requirements. With our various modules it is possible to start with a basic solution and then expand the system further in the subsequent project steps.

Step 2: Solution conception
On the basis of the results from step 1 we determine solution proposals with the best concept (security, availability etc.) and/or the best price/performance ratio.

Step 3: Design phase
In this phase the project data are finalised (number of computers, connections, distances between operators/server rooms, number of screens per operator, number of screens in the video wall, resolutions etc.). In addition, functions are discussed and, if necessary, test runs are carried out and ergonomic aspects assessed.

Step 4: Implementation of the project
On the basis of the specifications that have been drawn up, the solution is installed by experts. The complete system is tested and handed over.
